Our Youth Programme

A structured training program will help make the transition from one age group to another virtually seamless. This will help the club and coaches prepare for and monitor the development of each player. There will be several expectations of each age group, as listed below. The success of the program will be up to the coaching staff to ensure that most if not all players master these expectations. Our program is structured around the importance of Education in conjunction with football, knowing your Club, the History of the Game, and a better awareness of the whole concept of football (on and off the field). This will help to instill loyalty and commitment in our players, as they strive to become our top flight Young Men’s Social Club footballers and even Bermuda National Team Players.

Major emphasis will be placed on Education. The Program boast the implementation of a structured tutoring/supervised homework scheme which will be put in place to help the participants make the grade in school in order to keep them on the field of play. Teaching the participants how Education and Football can be used in conjunction to achieve greater successes and opportunities in life.

Programme Activities

Through the generous support of a sponsor like Colonial Insurance we are able to supply our programme with jerseys and assist with administrative support. Public donations, through various fundraising activities, allows us to travel overseas so that our teams can play against others and learn international techniques for further development. We have been fortunate to extend our programme beyond athletics into technology education such as Electronics, Photoshop, Circuit Building, Drone Flying and Video Editing.
